Module Overview

This next Wireline module begins with an introduction to Wireline logging and what Wireline itself is. Then a history of the wireline is given, showing some of the earliest advances made using this century old technique. And how, thanks to Earle Halliburton, wireline technology pushed forward along with the logging tools. Formation evaluation is then defined, and how formations can be examined for potential profitability. Lastly, as the tools provide the foundation, this module shows what can be achieved.
